Econsultancy just announced the release of its ‘Email Marketing Best Practice Guide’, written by Dr Dave Chaffey.
This is a must-have for all email marketers because, first of all, the reports from Econsultancy are always good (I was a member for years) but, more importantly, Dave Chaffey is an absolute authority in the field of email marketing.
One of his books, “Total e-mail marketing”, has a prominent place in my library (for the record, there’s about 200 books there) and he also contributed to another book that was simply called “Internet marketing”, which I bought in 2000.
Since then, Dave wrote other books on several Internet marketing topics, and I’m happy to see that Econsultancy now sells a new 150-page email marketing best practice guide, written by him.
I’m even more thrilled to discover it, since I’m very curious to know Dave’s thoughts about the integration of email marketing and social marketing.
In a new blog post, titled ‘Digital Marketing Predictions for 2010 that may never happen…unless you’re Smart’, Dave writes that he covers the integration of email marketing and social marketing in depth in his new Econsultancy best practice guide.
Now, there is much more in that post then that, it’s a long yet very insightful post that you can read here.
You can get the Econsultancy report here.
