IDC Retail Insights recently finished a new report, called “Guide to Enabling Immersive Shopping Experiences”.

Since this blog is about the cross-fertilization of social media and social communication evolutions (in the first place a change in how people and companies behave and communicate), it’s time to bring in another topic I will start blogging about: social CRM.
